General Information for the Media

The American Journal of Preventive Medicine is the official journal of The American College of Preventive Medicine and The Association for Prevention Teaching and Research. AJPM publishes original research and review articles in the areas of prevention research, teaching, practice, and policy. All articles published in AJPM are subject to a stringent peer review process. News releases highlighting an interesting or innovative article scheduled for publication in a forthcoming issue of AJPM are distributed on a regular basis.
