Nasolabial flaps in oral reconstruction: an analysis of 224 cases

Summary 

The nasolabial flap is a simple option for the reconstruction of selected oral defects. Though its use infloor-of-mouth reconstruction has been described, other uses in the oral cavity have not been studied extensively. We present a series of 224 oral malignancies where the nasolabial flap was used for reconstruction after surgical excision.
